How to download the app?

The official Android app you can download only from our website or via the link (Android 5.1 or newer is required).
The iOS app you can download from the App Store, here is a link (iOS 12.0 or later is required).


How to use the app?
 At the bottom of the screen is a menu with 5 buttons. Using them, you can easily navigate the app. There are (from left to right):
1. «Top Widget». Here you will find all the top matches in various sports: both the upcoming and live events. At the top of the screen, you will find special offers and buttons for navigating to other sections.
2. Play tab «Live». Here you can find events that are being played right now. Bets are accepted and settled in real-time.
3. Main super button — With this button, you can navigate to additional tabs (such as search, favorites, loyalty program), to the main “Sports” menu with all the upcoming sports events, as well as to other sections for playing (virtual sports, casinos, slots, Live Casino, BetGames, TVBET).
4. «My bets», You can see settled bet and event outcomes in this tab, as well as pending bets.
5. «Personal account». Here you can check the balance, deposit your account, apply for withdrawal, check personal promotions, enter your data and upload documents for account verification, change the password, find contacts of a Customer Support team.

Log in and click on “Deposit”. Choose your preferred payment method and follow the instructions in the menu. Confirm the deposit on the payment page.

Confirm your phone number by receiving a one-time code in SMS. Confirm your email.

Click on your profile, enter your data and fill out all the fields. Then choose “Withdraw money” and the payment system.

 

Please note! You need to wager at least 70% of the deposit amount (bets settled with odds of 1 and bets settled with CashOut service are not taken into account). And remember that you can withdraw only to the payment system that you have used for the deposit.

Select the event, click on the outcome, and the odds. Then select “Add to betslip” - the betslip will minimize at the bottom of the screen. Continue to add events in the parlay, just by clicking on the odds. They will be automatically added to the betslip. Go to the betslip and place your bet.

Click on the main super button and go to the Loyalty Program tab.

Here are the conditions in a nutshell: when you place a bet, you can receive a certain percentage of the money on your bonus balance. Just select the method of the bonus settlement (% of net profit or % of winning bets) and 2 promotional sports (you can change it once a month). The bonus will be credited automatically after your bet (that meets the selected conditions) is settled. You can transfer the bonus money to your balance at any time if the bonus amount is equal to or greater than the minimum stake.

The amount of CashOut offered by the bookmaker is changing along with the odds for the events. If you don’t want to confirm your agreement with the CashOut, you can activate this toggle, so you won’t lose any seconds if something changes during the match.  
As the start of the event approaches the new information about the teams’ line-ups, etc. appears. It affects the bookmaker's odds. And the situation on the field can change extremely fast in live events. The bookmakers quickly respond to all changes and offer up-to-date odds. If you don’t want to confirm the placement of a bet with new (higher or lower) odds each time, you can activate this toggle and make the game more comfortable.
If you see an error when updating the app, we recommend you uninstall the app and install it using the links above. Make sure that your phone has enough storage capacity and the OS version meets the requirements.

Here are some tips, that can help to solve the problem in most cases:

  1. First, check if our website is working. Perhaps short-term maintenance is being carried out. If the website is down, then the app is also down. Just wait.
  2. If the website is working, then check your internet connection, try to switch from Wi-Fi to mobile internet or vice versa. If this helped, then the problem is with your Internet provider. Contact them.
  3. Try to log out, close the app and remove it from RAM. Then log in.
  4. Restart the phone. This is the simplest and efficient way.
  5. Delete the app and download it again. Links are above.
  6. Make sure that no third-party services (smartphone software update, updates for installed apps, antivirus, VPN, etc.) are running in the background.

There are many reasons for a void. For example, if the game is interrupted and not played within 12 hours, or if the match is postponed for more than 36 hours the bets will be void (this applies to almost all sports, there are only a few exceptions).

The bet can be voided if your prediction matches with the handicap or total. Bets can be voided if you have placed an individual total bet, but the named player is not in the starting 11. 

The bet can also be voided in tennis in the event of player retirement. If the retirement takes place before the end of the First Set, all bets will be voided, except for settled ones. If the retirement takes place after the end of at least one set, then all handicaps will be voided: for the match and sets. In this case, the bets on a winner are settled according to the umpire’s decision.

You can always check the reason for withdrawal canceling in the “Finances”/“Payments history” — “Withdraw”/“Withdrawals history” sections.
Withdrawal is possible only to the payment system that you have used for the deposit. If you have used several systems to make a deposit, the first one becomes the main for withdrawal. But the Parimatch company also can determine which payment system will be available for the withdrawal. If you have used many methods to deposit and do not understand which payment system you can use to withdraw funds, contact our Customer Support.
When you deposit with a card, the maximum delay is up to 60 minutes.
